2. Children's Information

KidzControl is designed for parents and legal guardians to use on their own child’s device.
Information about a child is collected through an account created and controlled by the child’s parent or guardian, who sets up the service and chooses which features are enabled.

- Web-filtering activity
- Location information and location history
- Call and SMS information
- Keyword-based safety alert information
- Call recordings and media files, where those features are used

Payment Information
Payments are handled by Google Play.
We do not receive or store your full card details. Google processes your payment.

4. Why We Collect Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the features you choose to use
- Show activity and safety alerts in your parent dashboard

We also do not use children’s information to advertise to children.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information
Different types of information are kept for different periods.
Call Recordings & Media
Call recordings, media files, and similar media are automatically deleted from our servers after no more than 90 days.
Location History
Location history is kept for up to 90 days.
Account & Settings
Your account and settings information remains until you delete it from your dashboard or close your account.
Legal Requirements
Some information may need to be kept for longer where required by law.
You can delete your data and account from your dashboard at any time, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
6. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your family’s information.
We share information only where necessary to operate KidzControl or meet legal obligations.
Service Providers
We work with third-party providers that help us operate the service, including hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email and support tools, and Google Play for billing.
